Quality
The intention of the Kovocentrum Steel Products s. r. o. is to carry out activities in the field of metal production, metalworking and locksmithing based on the principles of modern management with regard to meeting the requirements and improving according to the ČSN EN ISO 9001:2009 standard. The organization's goal is customer satisfaction, the quality of our work and services and compliance with all legal regulations.

We emphasize the personal commitment and active involvement of all employees, collaborators, and supplier organizations to meet customer requirements, aiming to fulfill their wishes and achieve maximum satisfaction by utilizing new technologies and materials.

We react accurately and quickly in our activities on orders and business cases with regard to quality performance and customer requirements.
